No outfit post today as I've been busy working. It's been pretty full on over the weekend but I loved both yesterday's event and the client appointments. If you're a colour consultant yourself, you'll know that with some clients the season isn't obvious early on, but you have to trust to the process.

ADHDers... can you help?

As it's ADHD Awareness Month, I'm planning to write a short article in my style magazine on Tuesday with that focus. What I'm looking for is the perspective of someone's lived experience of joys and struggles of knowing what to buy / wear as an ADHDer and what the fashion sector could do better for you. I'd be interested in doing a full interview with one of you some time, but as time's short, just a couple of soundbites here or via DM would be helpful.

Feel free to comment too if you have ADHD children / partners.

Any tips you/I can give will also be useful to non-ADHDers.

I've not been posting on my socials for the last few days as my dad's been taken into hospital which not only has been stressful, I also thought no one deserved to see photos of me after 23 hours in A&E! He's now being well cared for so I've gone ahead with my planned work trip to Somerset (via London to see the recently-engaged couple!) I thought the best way to return Josh's hat was to wear it but loved it so much I bought one of my own 😂!

I had a lovely afternoon with a lovely former client who brought her fiance along for his colour analysis. Both have a warm skintone and there will be lots of gorgeous colours they'll be able to wear for the wedding which they'll look fabulous in and will complement each other.
